The apartment is in good condition, with the necessary furniture and appliances, in a quiet area not far from the sea. 📍 LOCATION — Area: Mỹ An, Ngũ Hành Sơn — Street: An Thượng 36 — To the sea: 5–7 minutes on foot — The street is quiet, and the building is relatively new. 🏠 ABOUT THE APARTMENT — Type of accommodation: studio in a 5-story building with an elevator and indoor motorbike parking. — Area: about 25 m² — Floor: 3 — Rent: 8,5 million dong/month — Deposit: equal to one month’s rent — Move-in date: 17–19 October 2026 — The current lease runs until 19 December 2026. ✨ FURNITURE AND AMENITIES The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: — Double bed, two sets of bed linen and two towels — Air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave and TV — Washing machine, and there’s also a drying rack on the balcony (attached to the ceiling; you can hang clothes on hangers to dry) — Balcony and a beautiful view from the window — Induction cooktop, range hood and necessary kitchenware: saucepan, frying pan, dishes, cutlery, knives, cutting boards, grater and containers — Spacious wardrobe and cabinet with two drawers for storing things — Table with a mirror for doing makeup — Separate work desk and two chairs — Shower area with a partition. 📝 CONDITION OF THE APARTMENT The apartment has served us well during our stay. The building is relatively new, and the apartment itself is in good condition. During the month we lived here, we never encountered cockroaches, ants or other unwanted insects. One thing to note: there’s construction nearby. However, the apartment has good sound insulation—it didn’t stop us from sleeping peacefully, even until lunchtime)) Overall, we’ve had a very pleasant impression of the apartment. We’ve decided to move to another area, so we’re looking for new tenants. We’re even a little sad to leave it! 📅 RENTAL TERMS — The apartment was initially rented for 3 months, until 19 December 2026. — At the time of subletting, about 2 months of the lease remain. — When transferring the lease, the minimum stay is 2 months. — A longer term can be discussed if you wish: 3 or 6 months. For a rental of 6 months or more, it may be possible to negotiate a discount. — No pets; charging electric motorbikes in the building is also not allowed 📸 I can send a video of the apartment and additional photos in private messages.
