What Union is, what you are responsible for and what we are responsible for.
What Union is
Union is a classifieds board and the Union Post newspaper. You can browse and post ads on unionapp.net and in the Union app in Telegram; both share the same account. Ads are written and published by users themselves: Union is not the seller and takes no part in the deals.
Your account
You sign in with Telegram. You are responsible for everything published from your account and for making sure your ads comply with the law and the posting rules.
What is not allowed
Breaking the law or the posting rules, publishing false information, messaging sellers with no intention of buying, collecting users' data with scripts, and using other people's contacts for purposes they were not shared for.
Paid services
Ads beyond the free allowance, the Services section, bumps, pinning and new-ad alerts are paid for with Telegram Stars. Payment is made in Telegram. If a service was not provided because of a fault on our side, please contact support and we will sort it out.
Liability
Union does not check every offer and is not responsible for the accuracy of ads, the actions of users or the outcome of deals. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee it. Please be careful and do not send advance payments to people you do not know.
Moderation
We may remove an ad or block an account for breaking the rules, for fraud or following complaints that have been confirmed. To report fraud, or an ad that uses your content, write to [email protected].
Changes
These terms and rules may change. By continuing to use Union after a change, you accept the new version.
