Family looking for an apartment long-term (Grbavica, Telep, Detelinara) up to 400€ Hello everyone! A family of three (a married couple with a six-month-old baby) is looking for an apartment to rent long-term in Novi Sad. About us: • Budget: up to 400€ per month (+ utilities). • Period: long-term (at least one year). • Location: We prefer child-friendly, quiet neighborhoods: Grbavica, Telep or Detelinara (New or Old). • Other: We are responsible, tidy and employed. We guarantee regular payments, peace and excellent care of the apartment. No smoking inside the apartment (only on the terrace). Important note (Pet-friendly): In 4-5 months, we plan to bring our dog, who is currently staying with the grandparents. It is a small/medium-sized dog (about 12 kg), exceptionally calm, well-behaved, clean and fully accustomed to living in an apartment (doesn't bark or damage furniture).
