The apartment suits us perfectly, but unfortunately we have to move because of a health condition—the doctor found that our blood is very thick, so we can’t live in the mountains for long( The apartment itself is nice: — 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment — Separate bedroom, kitchen and balcony — Quiet neighborhood — There’s an elevator — Gated property with a fence — Covered parking for motorbikes, with a private garage — Free shared washing machine and a separate dryer It’s 5–10 minutes to the center by motorbike, about 25–30 minutes on foot. We bought a dehumidifier right away and have been using it from day one to prevent damp and mold. We really don’t want to move out, but our health comes first right now.
