I'M SUBLETTING A STUDIO! New studio; we lived there ourselves for 2 months. It has everything you need: the air conditioner is well positioned, and there's a washing machine and dryer. There's a lovely coffee shop on the ground floor No construction nearby No mold No cockroaches PRICE: dong https://maps.app.goo.gl/6vL4vhvCW1XkCtrdA?g_st=ic
