Re-renting our house in Rawai 3/2 30.000 baht Large house with a great view on a pleasant, quiet street 8 minutes by motorbike to Nai Harn Beach, and 45 on foot (they have almost finished building a large pedestrian promenade around the lake there, perfect for getting some daytime activity) 3 air conditioners; there’s a fan in the kitchen, but we don’t use it because the living room AC keeps the house cool enough 3 beds; one has been taken apart to make room for a sofa and TV stand, but it can be put back together if needed We have a lot of our own belongings there, including at least a large TV and dishwasher, but the basic items like the fridge, stove, kettle and some of the dishes belong to the house and will stay Pet friendly 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large hall and a kitchen that’s convenient for cooking There’s a yard with a covered relaxation area, parking for a motorbike and car, and space for a portable pool and other activities like barbecuing The contract runs until the end of April 2027; it can be renewed immediately for a year, so it’s suitable both for living full-time and for a long winter stay The only additional charge is electricity by meter; water and internet are included in the price
