🏡 Looking for a roommate to share a cozy studio in the very center of Novi Sad: 300 € all inclusive Hi everyone! I'm looking for a male or female roommate to share a bright studio on Svetozara Miletića Street. The apartment is right in the center of Novi Sad. 📄 Terms: • 300 € per month, all in. Utilities and reliable wi-fi are included, no additional costs • 300 € deposit upon moving in (refundable when you move out if there is no damage) • No smoking in the apartment • No guests, overnight stays or parties 🏠 About the apartment: • Beautiful modern interior, parquet flooring, high ceilings • Everything you need: washing machine, microwave, dishes, comfortable workspace, etc. • A spot on a comfortable sofa downstairs (there will be a screen for privacy (I sleep on the mezzanine)) ☀️ A little about me: I'm 26, a designer, and I work part-time at a kindergarten. I live a quiet life and love coziness and order. I'm friendly, sociable and caring, but respect personal space; I don't smoke. I'm home sometimes in the evening, sometimes until noon, and sometimes I'm away all day—it all depends on my shift. I speak Russian and English. ✅ A great fit for: • Someone who is comfortable • A calm and tidy person who appreciates coziness and order • A student, freelancer or someone who works away from home ❗️ Good to know: I live with my cat Sherry, who is very friendly and affectionate (not suitable if you have allergies) 💫 If you like the vibe of sharing a comfortable, cozy home with a friendly roommate, then this invitation is for you 🙂 You can move in as soon as tomorrow, message me!
