Assalamu alaikum, good evening. Is anyone renting a 1-room apartment or studio on Vernadsky Avenue or nearby, with no deposit or commission? My mother and I will be living there with a cat. We’re tidy, work from morning until late, and have no bad habits. If you have any options, please write to me; I’d be very grateful ☝️🤲
