Description
Hi everyone! 😐 We’re subletting our house; there are 4 months left on the contract, with an option to extend 1 deposit 1 payment I’ll give you all the details about the house below so you can appreciate its value)) The house is 250 sq.m, the plot is 500 sq.m 20 minutes to GO!, located in the west; all delivery services come here, the road is good 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 separate bathroom with a bathtub—you rarely find that in Asia; the bathroom is big and spacious 😐) Washing machine - the same room also has a storage area Kitchen with a gas cylinder for a kazan, induction cooktop with 3 burners Double-door refrigerator (it can make ice from regular water, everything happens automatically) and lots of quality dishes, air fryer The house is comfortable for 4 people to live in, with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom There’s also a fireplace in the house; we can tell you where to order firewood) 👀 Important: Because the house is wooden, there is NO dampness or mold at all, and clothes dry in 1 night Soft mattress in the bedroom Cameras at the entrance and in the entry area The layout of the house is slightly different; the table was moved to the window so it wouldn’t be in the middle, and one bench is in the kitchen, so it looks much better; some things shown in the photos are also no longer there, as they’ve been moved out Rosemary grows in the garden, along with lots of guava and even a little raspberry) There’s a pond on the property where you can sit and chill The whole property is fenced, with mesh so the dog won’t run away If you don’t feel like looking after the garden, there’s a gardener, free of charge The farm stay has a sauna and hammam, as well as a large pool; I can send photos in a DM The best part: all utilities are already included in the price, absolutely all of them) That’s why we don’t turn off the hot water, and you can fill the bathtub at any time)) Price 21 million Move-in from Sunday (25.10) Message me with any questions or to arrange a viewing 😋
