Two-bedroom apartment with furniture

Hi everyone, I'm subletting a 2-bedroom apartment — 2 separate bedrooms with large beds (one has a balcony, and each has windows), 2 bathrooms, a living room combined with the kitchen (there's an extractor fan), and a washing machine. The market is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is at happy hotel ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/v44y9EW36FPxNLPAA). 11млн, 1 month deposit. There's parking for vehicles, and the bed linen is changed free of charge every week. You can also request cleaning for 200к донгов. Contract for 6-12 months.
