Hi everyone! I’m transferring my lease, which runs until the end of January. The reason: the house is 30 minutes from the city, and I’ve started working every day in the city center, so the commute makes it hard to manage my schedule. Also, I live here alone and it’s too big for me, so I’m looking for something cheaper. About the house 1) It’s in the mountains, 30 minutes from the city. There are practically no neighbors, and there are mountain views, peace, and quiet. 2) The road is better than in many parts of the city, but there’s one unpaved section; they promised to pave it soon. 3) Two storeys, two bedrooms, three toilets, two showers. Hot water, a very large boiler, no problems with that. Both bedrooms have a view, and there are windows everywhere! 4) Spacious kitchen, refrigerator. Rice cooker, stove. No washing machine! But I take my laundry to a laundromat. There’s an option to sign a one-year contract, in which case they’ll install a washing machine. 5) The internet is super fast, with no interruptions. 6) The video shows the house before I moved in. I bought a lot of things for it and can leave them for a token amount if there’s anything you’d like to keep. 7) The house has two verandas, a fire pit in the yard, and a barbecue on the veranda. There’s a rocking chair and a bathtub on the second floor. 8) I haven’t noticed many insects, even though I’m afraid of them. No mold or anything like that either; by the way, clothes dry quickly compared to the city. The landlord is great and does absolutely anything you ask; they even agreed to pave the road for me) There’s a little shop in Grandma’s garage with everything you need, the neighbors treat you to guava, and coffee and rosemary grow under the windows.
