Hi everyone! :) The sister of a Serbian friend of mine is renting out an apartment in Subotica. 📍 Prozivka neighborhood, Jo Lajoša Street. About a 10–15-minute walk to the center, with a school nearby. The apartment is 65 m², fully furnished, and has everything needed for living: air conditioning, internet, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It's on the 4th floor and there's an elevator. They plan to replace the beds with new ones. 🐈 Pets are also allowed, but this needs to be discussed individually. 💶 Price — 350 € per month + utilities, deposit due at move-in.
