Hi everyone :) I’ve moved out of an apartment in the city center: a small studio with parking and everything you need for living Nearby there are cafes, a gym, shops, and lots more within walking distance ✨ Cleaning is included in the price I’m helping the landlady find tenants Downsides: You really need to make it clear separately that they shouldn’t clean while you’re not home The place seems to be partly in the basement. There’s a window facing the street and a balcony, but it’s kind of dark. I had the lights on all the time. Personally, my utilities, including water, came to 550k/month Rent 6.500.000/month
