Bright studio apartment with a balcony

URGENT!!! Due to an unforeseen move, I'm subletting our cozy, bright and sunny studio with a large balcony and a stunning view of the city and mountains. The apartment is brand new. We are the first tenants. The landlords are wonderful and responsive. The monthly rent is 10 млн. “All inclusive” (utilities, laundry, cleaning, change of bed linen twice a week, Wi-Fi). Good location. Close to the center, but on a quiet street. Shops, cafés, a pharmacy, massage and more are within walking distance. Located near the university and the Golden Buddha. I'm moving out tomorrow, the 26th, at 15-00. Agreement until 10.11.26., with the option to extend. For the remaining 2 weeks, I'm asking 3 млн.
