Kugoo M4 Pro for trade.

I'll trade my scooter. The handlebar has play; when I plug it in to charge, the alarm sounds; both tires are burst; the broken throttle is held on with rubber bands (unsafe!) 600-watt motor, upgraded from 500 to 600, turn signals work, charger included in the trade, the scooter isn't charged; it's in sleep mode, 005 battery error, needs charging.
