Good evening. Is anyone renting a one-bedroom apartment or studio on Vernadsky Avenue or nearby, with no deposit or commission, for up to 55k. My mother and I will be living there with a cat. We are tidy, work from morning until late, and have no bad habits. If you have any options, please message me. I’d be very grateful ☝️🤲
