I’m looking for a roommate in a 2.5-room apartment in the centre of Temerin, 15 km from Novi Sad. The apartment is right in the centre of the municipality, in the town hall building. It’s clean and bright, with two separate rooms, a kitchen-diner, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, kettle, air conditioner, iron, dishes, and so on. Rent is 300 euros per month (we’ll split it in half), and we’ll also split the utility bills. About me: 42 years old, two university degrees, clean, reasonable, employed. I’m looking for a decent, clean person to share with. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with everything nearby: bus stops for Novi Sad (buses run every 20 minutes), shops, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, a hospital, a school and a market.
