Everything needed for a residence permit. We are a family of 3: husband, wife, and a 12-year-old son. We have two well-behaved, spayed and neutered cats with no claws or bad habits. We work from home. My husband works in IT. My wife is a teacher. We are quiet, don't drink, and lead a peaceful family life. We need a large apartment of at least 100 m², with a good, modern renovation and fast internet. Preferably in the city center, Stari Grad, or Grbavica. It must have two separate rooms with large windows and a terrace with a pleasant view. Budget is negotiable. We are willing to add clauses to the contract regarding taking care of your property or pay a deposit if you are concerned about the cats. in general, you needn't worry about timely payments with us. We are very punctual about that. You needn't worry about cleanliness in the home either. That's just as important to us as it is to the apartment owner. We need a good apartment for the long term, so we're looking in advance.
