Trips on a Tourist Train

🐪 On October 30, 2026, Vietnam launched the tourist “Heritage Train” on the Hanoi — Thai Nguyen route, as far as Luu Xa station. The carriages are decorated in a colonial style; passengers are offered local tea, traditional dishes and performances of “Then” songs accompanied by the “Tinh” instrument. One- and two-day trips have been prepared for tourists. The program includes Tan Cuong tea plantations, the Thai Hai ethnic village with stilt houses, and Nui Coc Lake with its temples and island parks. The train leaves Hanoi at 06:20 and returns at 17:10.
