The apartment is also suitable for someone receiving Jobcenter benefits. Furnished, everything is there, including a washing machine, fridge and so on. Top floor, 65 square meters with a large attic. Basic renovation (we’re still in a precarious situation in this country, so I don’t see the point in anything fancy right now) ——Monthly cost:—- 375 warm rent + utilities 65 electricity and internet together (375 + 65 = 440 euros) Deposit 920 euros (you don’t have to pay the full amount at once; you can pay in 6 -12 installments)😉 About me: I worked as an IT specialist in Ukraine; here, I learned German and am now doing Umschulung and retraining as a programmer, in an attempt to stay in Germany.
