Hi everyone! I’m looking for a tidy female roommate for a three-bedroom apartment (two bedrooms, one living room with a kitchen), in the South Boulevard–Autokomanda area. The apartment has all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner (only in the living room), robot vacuum, regular vacuum cleaner, oven, microwave, water heater, iron, heated floors (heating is not central). Ground floor. No balcony. Newly renovated, CCTV in the entrance, good soundproofing. All shops and bus stops are nearby IQOS smoking and listening to music are fine; the main requirement is tidiness!!! Ideally someone with OCD or on the autism spectrum😁 325€ + utilities 50/50, because of the heated floors, utilities will be 10-20 thousand in winter. Move-in from November 14. Deposit 325€ + one month’s rent I’m an introvert, don’t throw parties, don’t bring guys over, and work as a hairdresser. Thanks)
