I’m renting out my house — a place where I was very happy living. Three cozy bedrooms, just 12 km from central Da Lat. It’s quiet, peaceful, and truly feels like home. No city noise — just birds, the wind in the trees, and the feeling of being in your own little corner. There’s a large garden with two spacious terraces. Lots of flowers, persimmons, hydrangeas… The garden is full of benches and secluded spots where you can sit with a book, have coffee in the morning, or simply enjoy some time alone. It’s lovely to stroll and relax here. Everything inside is new and convenient: furniture, a water filter, an induction cooktop, a TV, and fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi. This is the best time of year — almost no rain, fresh air, and plenty of sunshine. It’s very comfortable and peaceful to live in this house. Under my contract, the price is 18 million for six months (4 months remaining). The owner originally asked for 25, but I managed to negotiate a better price. I’m simply passing on what I pay myself. I’m renting it out because I want to live in the city center. I really love this house, so I’m looking for people who will feel at home here too.
