Consulting for coffee shops

☕️ We’ve moved to Da Nang and want to keep doing what we know and love: helping coffee shops get started and teams make great coffee. We’re Ilya and Liza. We’re looking for projects in Vietnam where our knowledge and experience can be put to use. Ilya has 15 years of experience in the coffee industry: sourcing and purchasing green coffee, sensory evaluation, developing blends and flavor profiles in collaboration with roasters, quality control, barista training, and equipment maintenance. At LLC “Coffee and Tea Company,” he oversaw the product from raw materials to finished packaging and worked with large restaurant chains. The company’s scale: around 12 tonnes of coffee per month and 300 venues. Liza has 4 years of experience in specialty coffee shops: dialing in espresso, alternative brewing methods, latte art, and organizing bar operations. She specializes in barista training, developing drinks and dessert menus, selecting flavor pairings, and working with guests. How we can help your café, restaurant, or hotel: • Opening a coffee shop from scratch — concept, design, bar layout, equipment selection, menu, and team training. • Sourcing equipment, help with installation, repair and setup of espresso machines and grinders. • Developing menus for European and Russian-speaking audiences — with recipes and cost calculations. • Selecting coffee to suit your venue’s taste, budget, and needs, and ensuring consistent drink quality. • Barista training, one-on-one sessions, and tastings. We also help with packaging design, website creation, and automating orders and team workflows. 📍 We’re based in Da Nang and are also open to discussing projects in other Vietnamese cities. Get in touch about a small task or comprehensive support with your launch. 🤝 Right now, introductions and recommendations would help us a lot. If you know any venue owners or someone who’s dreaming of opening a coffee shop, please forward them this post. We’d be happy to meet and discuss how we can help. Thanks for your support and for sharing!
