Good evening! I'm looking to rent a STUDIO or 1+1 for a year. FROM THE OWNER. Location - from Novi Bulevar to Melikishvili. Budget 250-300 for a studio, 350-400$ for a good 1+1. A decent renovation and furniture are important. No construction right under the window. Not Orbi. I'd be grateful for any help☺️
