Hello, I'm looking for housing for a young family without pets in the 58th district for the long term. I'd like the apartment to have the following: - not on the first or the last floor - plastic windows that don't let in drafts - at least a cosmetic renovation, with no dirty marks on the walls, no peeling wallpaper or damaged doors - a lease agreement is a must - all the necessary appliances and furniture, or the option to buy them through the rent - rent dram I'm handy myself, if something breaks I'll fix it without any problem
