Description
Brand-new studio, no one has lived in it yet. We're trying to help the landlady rent out her 1 last studio. PET-FRIENDLY 😺 — 9 million / month + 1 month security deposit (standard). — Location: 64-118 Lê Ấm. By motorbike: 10 min to the sea, 5 min to MM Mega Market Đà Nẵng — Electricity 4000 VND/kwh. Water bill: 100k/person. WiFi: free — The studio is on the first floor, but there's also a shared terrace on the 7th floor where you can work or have a barbecue with neighbors or friends ❤️ The studio is good quality. Decent shower, good kitchen, great refrigerator and the latest-model TV. Very responsive landlady who helps with everything (I think you can negotiate the price). If you have any questions, write me ( I'll be happy to answer :)
