Looking for a small house to live in year-round
I want to buy a small, decent, not-too-old house (a country house for year-round living), preferably move-in ready (must have a driveway big enough for 2 cars) + convenient access to the sea, where you can launch a jet ski into the water without any problems. That’s what we’re looking for. I’m looking at prices from. 400 thousand dollars is already too much. Only makes sense if you’re buying it for citizenship. Anything more expensive makes no sense at all. You’ll never sell it later.
