In the autumn of 2026, from 6 to 11 October, Armenia will host for the eighth time the international ballooning festival "Discover Armenia from the Skies." According to the organizers, twenty hot-air balloons, or aerostats, from Armenia and other countries will take part.
The festival is organized by the company Skyball with the support of the Tourism Committee, which is part of the structure of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia. The festival is held for the eighth time and has become one of the traditional autumn events in the country.
Travelers who wish to attend the festival should follow announcements from the organizers. According to the event listing, admission conditions for spectators and ticket prices are still being clarified. It is known that tickets will be sold directly by the organizing company.
The ballooning festival coincides with other events in the Armenian capital. On the same dates, from 6 to 11 October, Yerevan has scheduled the celebration of the city's day "Erebuni-Yerevan," the Yerevan Fashion Week, and a concert as part of the international organ music festival.
