The "Follow Me to Adjara" advertising campaign, aimed at developing domestic tourism, has this year surpassed a billion impressions on social media. According to the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, that is twice as many as last year.

More than 120 people, bloggers and content creators, registered for the campaign. They travelled around Adjara and told their followers about the region's tourism opportunities. In total, participants published more than 12,000 posts featuring some two hundred tourist sites, places and products.

The final event will take place in Batumi on October 30. Winners will be announced there: the influencers whose posts drew the greatest reach. They will receive the campaign's main prizes.

The "Follow Me to Adjara" project has been running since 2023, with the aim of presenting the region as an attractive destination for travel at any time of the year. The campaign's reach has grown steadily: in 2023 its posts garnered 100 million impressions, in 2024 more than 240 million, and in 2025 half a billion.
