Lucky in Tbilisi wrote to Schulz in Nha Trang at 22:00 his own time. Schulz, as usual, took his time and replied exactly 9 hours later. What time was it for Lucky when the reply arrived?
Answer: 7:00. Nine hours pass the same in any city: 22:00 plus 9 hours is 7 in the morning for Lucky. The time difference (Nha Trang is three hours ahead) is not needed here, however much your hand wants to use it.
