Massage with an osteopathic approach
Do you wake up with a stiff neck? Does your lower back ache by evening? After sitting for a long time, does it feel like there's a “stone” between your shoulder blades? It's not just tiredness. I'm a massage therapist and rehabilitation specialist with an osteopathic approach, a university degree, and over 20 years of experience working with the body — including in the premium sector. I don't work “just with muscles,” but address the cause of your discomfort: — pain and stiffness in the neck, back, and lower back; — tension headaches and a feeling of a “heavy” head; — the effects of sedentary work, stress, and physical overexertion; — recovery after injuries and intensive training; — limited mobility, asymmetry, and chronic muscle tens
