A concert featuring music from the Twilight Saga films will take place in Yerevan on 6 November. At the Komitas Chamber Music House, it will be performed by the Mystery Ensemble, a group that specializes in contemporary music arranged for acoustic string instruments and piano.
The evening's program includes compositions written for the films by Carter Burwell, Alexandre Desplat and Howard Shore. Among them are "Bella's Lullaby" and "The Lion Fell in Love with the Lamb." The ensemble will also perform songs that have become an integral part of the saga: A Thousand Years by Christina Perri, Flightless Bird, American Mouth by Iron & Wine, and others. All pieces will be presented in arrangements created specifically for Red Events productions.
The organizer, the creative agency Red Events, stages concerts in unusual venues, including historic mansions, greenhouses and rooftops, in Armenia and other European countries. The Yerevan concert begins at 8:00 p.m. Tickets cost from 9,300 drams.
